Meet the Managing Team

William A. Machado​

William is a Financial Profesional with more than 15 years of experience in the areas Financial Preparation, Insurance and Risk Management.  He is currently a Managing Partner of ARG Risk Management LLC. William's notable success has earned him attendance at every Leader’s Conference while at OneAmerica and a place at the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an exclusive worldwide organization of the top producers in the insurance industry.  He attributes his success to listening and educating his clients to their individual “wants”.
Mr. Machado holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Florida State University.  He and his wife, Janette, reside in Coral Gables, Florida with their two children.

Javier Lentino

Javier is a Financial Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of Insurance and Risk Management. He is currently a Managing Partner of ARG Risk Management LLC. His vast insurance and reinsurance experience have inspired the creation of this Company, its mission and core values. He believes that every protection strategy is different and the crafted process should provide, not only advantages, but the peace of mind to work in most adverse circumstances. Mr. Lentino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pacific Western University.  He and his wife, Romina, reside in Key Biscayne, Florida with their three children.
